If you’re selling in the US, you may need to apply for sales tax in the relevant states where you are trading. This can be based on either physical or economic nexus rules.

When signing up via TBA Global, we’ll help you ensure that you are always up to date with the latest regulations and file your tax returns on time regardless of where you are trading.
Yes. Marketplace facilitation means that Walmart is able to calculate, collect and remit sales tax on your behalf where applicable.
However, nexus rules may apply, which means that you may still need to apply for a sales tax permit in the states where you are trading. If you already have a permit, you still need to declare marketplace facilitated transactions in your tax returns.
