Once the user has logged in, several cookies are set to store the user’s login information and display item settings; the login information cookie is retained for two days and the display item settings cookie is retained for one year. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of user names which cannot be changed). Please note that the site administrator can also view and edit this personal information.

5. What rights users have in relation to personal data

If a user has an account on this site or has posted a message, he or she may request a downloadable export file of the user’s personal information on this site, which contains all the personal information provided by the user to this site. The user may also request the erasure of all personal information provided to the site, but this request does not include information that must be retained by the site for administrative, legal or security purposes.
